INITIATING A RETURN/REFUND
Return Process:
- Contact Superstores.ng: Inform our team about the issue and provide any supporting information, such as images or videos, to help us address the matter satisfactorily.
- Make a Return/Refund Request: If you can’t come to an agreement, go to your Account > Orders, find the relevant order, and make a return & refund application.
- Processing Your Request: Choose the reason for return/refund from the list provided, upload any supporting info needed (images, videos), and submit your application. You can check back regularly under the returns/refunds tab on Orders to see the progress of your application.
- Retrieval or Drop-off: The item will either be retrieved from your location within two (2) business days or you can drop it off at our office.
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the item, a thorough quality check will be conducted to verify your claim.
- Refund Process:
- If the reason provided for return is deemed valid upon inspection: Refunds takes two (2) working days (from the validation of your return request) to arrive, dependent on your original payment method.
- If the reason provided for return is deemed invalid upon inspection: the item will be sent back to the buyer without a refund. The buyer will bear the cost of delivery or can choose to pick it up from our office.
