RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Superstores.ng, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. That’s why we offer a transparent return and refund policy.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team at Help@superstores.ng , and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. So please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.

Return lasts for 3 days from the moment you receive your item(s). Items labeled “Eligible for return” on Product detail page are covered, with the exception of:

  • Items damaged by the buyer
  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons

Return costs: If an item needs to be returned, who pays the return cost?

  • If an item is defective, arrives not as described, or is the incorrect item, Superstores.ng will cover the return cost.

Refund:

  • If the reason provided for return is deemed valid upon inspection: Refunds takes 2 working days (from the validation of your return request) to arrive, dependent on your original payment method.
  • If the reason provided for return is deemed invalid upon inspection: the item will be sent back to the buyer without a refund. The buyer will bear the cost of delivery or can choose to pick it up from our office.
